5 a day

Be healthy.
Eat 5 a day or more and you'll be healthier!
Eating more fruit and vegetables many help reduce the risk of illnesses.
So, why don't you start right now?

Are you eating at least 5 A DAY?
1. How many portions of fruit - of any kind - do you eat on a typical day?
2. How many portions of vegetables do you eat on a typical day?
Add up the numbers you gave in your answers to questions 1 and 2 and that's your score.
If the total is 5 or more-well done. You are probably meeting the 5 A DAY target. If the total is less than 5 - try to increase the amount of fruit and vegetables you eat.
